This video was very helpful. One question I have with regards to my environment relates to inventory tasks and the Datastore listed for each host.
We have Equallogic devices as hosting the bulk of our datastores as well as local storage on each host, yet neither the local or EQ storage is listed.
The inventory task runs partially, but then errors out with the following information:
ERROR_HOST_CONFIGURATION Compute Resource not found for host in CreateVM
Any tips on where to look to correct this aspect of the Inventory Task? I'm not overly concerned that the task fails on a "CreateVM" since we currently don't have plans to create any new VMs from within the SMP.

Hi Ryan,
This video was based on the 7.0 version of VMM, we have made the Inventory much easier and more inteligent in 7.1 SP2 which you will no longer see those inventory options at 10:55 in the video.

This is great, thanks! I followed along pretty well but I don't have any of the inventory options listed at 10:55. I am running 7.1 SP2. Should I have those options?
