Learn how to use a paramter to create a filter based on just part of a computer name. Filters are very much like collections for those that dealt with Altiris 6. When needing to become a little more complex with filter rules it is sometimes necessary to create parameters containing values to filter on. This video demonstrates how to do this. Had trouble doing this prior to CMS 7.1 SP2 MP1, found out there was a bug that MP1 fixed and now got it to work. Thanks for posting.
