If system requirement is windows 2008 R2 then it has IIS 7.5 .you can't have 6.0 on it .

In your presentation you state the .Net framework has to be .Net 3.0 Is that an absolute value or can .Net framework be 3.0 or higher? I currently have .Net 3.5.1 installed on my server
I've just tested the mp4 and it played fine for me after download as well.

I would suggest checking your own environment, the mp4 plays fine for me.

The video when saved, doesn't gets played after slide 2. It gets restarted on its own.
Please upload/share the video agagin as the information is quite helpful.
