Upgrade SEP 12.1 RU4 MP1a to SEP 12.1 RU2

    Refer to upper link, Symantec Endpoint Protection affected by the Heartbleed OpenSSL vulnerability.

    Since I am using SEPM12.1 RU2 (12.1.2015.2015), thus I have planned to upgrade SEPM12.1 RU4 MP1a (12.1.4104.4130) to fix this problem.

    After I blocked port 8445 on the firewall, then I can directly upgrade SEPM12.1 RU4 MP1a (12.1.4104.4130) ??

    What's the procedure ??

    Yes you can directly upgrade

    yes, you can upgrade. This port is used for  console reporting.

    You can use same SEPM 12.x serial key for downloading new SEPM version.

    Console -> Admin tab -> Licenses tab there you can find the serail key.

    Use that key to download the setup.

    Select the update 11.x or 12.1 with your require language. Ex- International English

    But there is only 12.1.4a - 12.1.4013.4013 (12.1 RU4)

    Hi,

    You can select first option Symantec Protection Suite Enterprise Edition 4.0 - International English than

    new SEPM version are availale

    Ideally it should be available to download, as Cooldude said select Update: Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 11.x to 12.1

    Screenshots are attached to the reference.

    However if you don't see the latest version then need to contact license departement, they can generate new temp license number to download this version.
