  • 1.  Unexpected server error. ErrorCode: 0x10010000

    The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) console shows the following error: "Unexpected server error. ErrorCode: 0x10010000"

    After clicking OK to this message, either the Home, Monitors and Reports pages are dimmed or the data does not load.

    Try running a repair on SEPM

    suggest to open a support case.

    can you run the dbvalidator on the SEPM and post the results?

    Hello,

    Was this SEPM migrated from the SEP 11.x to SEP 12.1?

    What Database are you running? Is that Embedded Database or SQL Database?

    Try Logging into the SEPM using a user account that has full rights to access both the SEPM and the external SQL database.

    OR

    Run the management server configauration wizard and in the SEPM configuration to SQL, change to SA authentification from Windows authentication.
