  • 1.  Symantec Vulnerability Protection add-on for IE - Force Enable

I'd like to enable the Symantec Vulnerability Protection add-on for IE on certain machines without users ever seeing a prompt.

Has anyone had any success in doing so?

I was thinking of trying to figure out a way to do it in group policy. Are there any other ways to accomplish this?

Yes, this can be done via GPO only.

    check this document

Internet Explorer 9 displays a pop-up stating "The Symantec Intrusion Prevention add-on from Symantec Corporation is ready for use."
