Every time Symantec Anti-virus performs an dat update (Symantec SEP 11.0.5002.333) Realspeak gets upset. It looses connection on port 6666 and automatically restarts.subsequently it causes issues to logging framework and get into a state where it consumes 100 % CPU cycles.
This occurs everytime an update is pushed. Restarting the system corrects the problem and Realspeak starts functioning correctly.

    Thank You,

    Hi Shital,

I think you should open up a case with Symantec technical support to isolate the issue.

Does the issue happen only if you are downloading definitions from Internet? or it happens while the client is communicating with SEP manager.
