    Hello,

    For SEP 12.1 RU2 and above, you would have to use the SymHelp.

    It's called SymHelp now. Support Tool is not supported on 12.1 RU2. It is attached below.

    Hi,

    You can download it by using SEP client UI (user interface) OR SEPM UI.

    Screenshots are attached to the reference.
