    Hi, friends.

    I installed LUA on my new server, but when i try download UPDATES- i have: 

    Symantec LiveUpdate - HTTP Failover Server http://liveupdate.symantec.com:80/ Unreachable Never
    Symantec LiveUpdate http://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com:80/ Unreachable 
     

    But another old server work withuot problem.

    You can open below ports

    URLs

    I find problem- 80 port was is close to http://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com

    Good morning.

    I have same problem on my new SEP:

    On the Symantec Protection Manager server there are no last contents from the internal Central LiveUpdate server.

    I run download content and its downloaded, but i have this error again

    But on the LUA server we have update:
    Free Disk Space:   95 784MB  
     
    Used By Database:   65MB  
     
    Used By Updates:   3 446MB

    Check this articles

    Try to clear virus definitions if doesn't help please post LiveUpdate.log file

    Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 11.x is not updating 32 or 64 bit virus definitions.

    Even the client who is connected on a straight line to the liveUpdate server, says that there are no updatings

    But why update not apply at him, a dont know((((

    Am I right in assuming that your clients and SEPM are not getting udpates from Luadmin?
