  • 1.  Symantec Endpoint 11.x Clients are not Upadating

    I cleaned up already the old virus, but the clients are not updating.The updates is not pushing to the clients.It continously show Cleaned up 1 Liveupdate downloaded content.How can I fix this issue?

    is te sepm updated?

    Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager 11.x is not updating 32 or 64 bit virus definitions.

    Hello,

    Could you please let us know which version of SEP 11.x are you running?

    Secondly, Did you check if the SEPM is updated with the Definitions?

    Is this issue occurying on all client machines OR few of the Client machines?
