    Hi all

    I am facing following error in e-mails while clicking send and receive, kindly provide a solution

     

    Symantec Email Proxy

    Your email message was unable to be sent because your mail server rejected the sender:

    552 49.206.139.169 was not found in cache!! (Interna error)

    Sounds like an infected system.

    Many Unexpected Pop-Ups from Symantec Email Proxy are Displayed

    Isolate the computer from the network and follow best practice to determine if a currently undetected threat is operating on this computer. Checking what program is using common mail ports (performing a netstat -ao from the command line to learn what process is communicating on port 25) is often the best first step.

     

    Run the Power Eraser and SERT utility to scan the system.

    The only apparent solutions were to disable Symantec e-mail scanning or to check for infection.

    To check for infections.

    1. download & Apply the latest definitions

    2. reboot in safe mode

    3. run a full scan.
