We recently upgraded to Exchange 2010 and my mailbox scan no longer works. I the error message: "XXX" does not have appropriate privileges to access mailbox "xxx", even though User XXX is part of the domain admin group and has access to the mailbox.
Until now, the Crawler still doesn't support Exchange 2010 scanning. It supports scanning Exchange 2003 and 2007.
Thank you for your reply. According to Symantec Support "Page 1199 of the Admin Guide for version 11.6 which explains how to setup scans of Exchange 2010", but I'm having difficult getting it to work. Is Support wrong?
