What database are you using? Is it the built in database?
Check the logs for any access problems and the IIS troubleshooting steps.

    Hi Jedi,

The "no information" messages indicate that there is no data to process into pie-chart graphics.  I recommend adding some by running tests, then verifying that the charts display correctly.

This article may help: it includes info about the Eicar test file:

What to do when you suspect that a Symantec AntiVirus product is not detecting viruses
    (http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/docid/2001031909215448)

Another way to add some data would be to download and run an application that PTP will detect--- remote access tools like VNC, etc are safe and should result in a pop-up/data that is displayed in the charts.

Please let the forum know of your progress!

    Thanks and best regards,

    Mick

Try by selecting the time range as 24 hours and create the report....

    Hi Again,

If all the detctions are in that one location, then this is a known issue/not a new outbreak.  Please see:

Large numbers of .tmp files are being created in the xfer_tmp or 7.5/xfer folder and are being detected as threats.

    Thanks and best regards,

    Mick
