First of all i would recommend that you install DLP10, it has a lot more features.
Secondly, if you have a DBA around and he installs the Oracle DB, the DLP application installation is as simple as next->next->next.
Personally I have installed the Vontu DLP with the provided pdf about 10 times and it is straight forward every time.
If you have a more concrete question i will be happy to assist.
