i want to depoly one software in all system by ip base.
there are some of the system where the software already avaialble,
is it any effect if i will be deploy the software on whole network included that clients?
Make sure the software has a detection rule and deploy it with a Managed Software Delivery Policy. If your detection rule is correct it won't try and run the install on machines that already have the software.

Can yuo please confirm that how to check from Server that where the installation is running?
You can look at the policy and change the "Applied to" View from "Targets" to "Computers".
The Software Execution Report will tell you when it has run, but these will only be target machines where the Detection rule has evaluated "not detected"
