How to use snapshot feature for saving a a report with a limited rows?

You can do this.

Reports -> All Reports->Select Report (Do you want to export).

In Report TAB -> Filter by IP address .

Go to Save As and select Snap Shot.

Go To view TAB -> Select a Value (Showing Current Date And Time) Select to date value.

go to filter TAB and Save As option in Spreadsheet.
 

Tried the attach steps but not  of any new file display in "Select a value" Tab.
