  • 1.  SEPM 12.1 Home Page not showing currect information

    Hi,

    I am using SEPM 12.1, on SEPM home page it is not showing currect information. On Endpoint Status it is showing blank.

    Please help to close it ASAP.

    Home, Monitors, and Reports tabs are blank in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Remote Console

    The Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Endpoint Status chart is not refreshing on Home screen after an upgrade from 12.1 RU1 to 12.1.1101.401 - Faulting application name: php-cgi.exe

    Hi,

    Thnks for your comment, but the thing is  SEPM console home page Enpiont Status is showing Blanks.

     

    I have attached a snap shot, please open and make it unerstand clearly.

    HI,

    When this problem are occured ?

    DID you try to repair SEPM on add/remove program ?

    Problem is not resolved, i have not try to repare the SEPM. Without repaire, there is any solution ?

    could be issue with your enhanced IE securitry being enabled. Disable it and try to open it after adding SEPM to trusted host list

    Hi All,

    Thanks for your support, there was Internet Explorer Enhanced security issue. Now it got resolved.
