  • 1.  SEPM 12.1 Application and Device Control

    Hi to everyone;

    Recently I have tested to block all USB but allow some specific ones.For this on block section I choose USB for block all of the USB and allow Human interface and some USB Device Id.Most of client use it very good but some clients has problem even I allow human interface devices mouse an keyboards are locked.

    How can I solve my problem?

    Hi mithun my problem is even though I allow human intarface on some client their mouse and keyboard also disabled.When this problem occurs how can I determine which device id is using by this mouse or keyboards? So that I can add them allow device.

    Hello,

    There are two ways that devices can be identified in SEP 11.x and 12.1:

    1. by Class ID
    2. by Device ID
