  • 1.  SEP 12.1.2100.2093 ccSvcHst.exe(I/O Reads,I/O Writes too high), lead to my computer performance down.

    I  hava installed SEP 12.1.2100.2093, sometimes I find the process ccSvcHst.exe I/O Reads and I/O Writes too high, lead to my computer performance down, my computer disk LED always light.

    If SEP 12 exists a performance issue , I don't know.

    Does it happen all the time or when scan / virus defintions update?

    can you try disabling scna when new defs arrive as per below discussion

    Disable this feature "scan high-speed cache when new definitions arrived", need to set in SEPM?

    What is the Window Operating System?

    If it window XP then there is bug

    Network performance slows on Windows XP with Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 2 Maintenance Pack 1 installed

    The Operating System is Windows 7 Service Pack 1 x86.

    I find option "Rescan the cache when new definitions load", I have already uncheck it and observe later.
