    Hello,

    I see that you require "Rx4DefsSEP" Utility. 

    Again, as the Thread below and comment above by Pete:

    It has been clearly stated that you may have to Contact Symantec Technical Support.

    However, It seems you are facing issues creating a case from Symantec MySupport Website.

    In that case, I would request you to Call Symantec Technical Support. Once you have the Case #, simply PM the Case number and I assure you would receive the "Rx4DefsSEP" Utility.
