    I install symantec endpoint only for testing purpose, now i forget the password of adimn ID. How to unlock and reset the password?

    System is not in network. Endpoint 12.1.2

    Thumbup to  pete & mithun. you can use the reset.bat tool for the password reset. For the tool you can contact with Technical Support Team.

    Call support and get the resetpass.bat file. It will reset the admin account
