    Boa tarde.

    Amigos, estou com um problema. Toda vez que um cliente envia um email pelo Microsoft Outlook o usuário recebe a seguinte mensagem:

    O email com assunto tal não pode ser enviado porque a conexão com o servidor de correiro foi interrompida. E em seguida.

     Erro 451:Requested action aborted: error in processing .

    Observação: O email funcionava normalmente antes da instalação do symantec.

    Espero que algém possa me ajudar.

    1. Was that the full error message that was displayed. There are multiple messages that start with that same phrase "The email with this subject can not be sent because the connection to the mail server was interrupted". It would be helpful to know the full error message.

    2. Do you have NTP isntalled?

    3. Do you have the email tool component of SEP installed?

    4. Do you have a proxy installed on the network?

    It is best to answer these questions first before we can help troubleshoot. I hope the translation with google works too : )

    What version of the product are you running? There was an issue with the email tools component that was fixed in MR3.
