  • 1.  Recover/reset Altiris Password

    Hi,

    We installed Altiris, but the person who installed it has forgotten the password.

    Is there a way to recover/reset the main password which is prompted for when running Altiris Client Management Suite the server? Or do we simply re-install?

    no, this has solution
    In Active Directory,  change the password of the Altiris
     

    and execute this procedure in Notification Server y restart.
