I am having the same problem. Does the pxe server need to be on the same subnet? if so is there any way to make it work over subnets? Right now I have the 3com pxe server runing on my machine connected to a switch I also have the computer I want to pxe boot from on the same switch. DHCP server is in on a differnt computer on another subnet. The client computer grabs the pxe fine and ghost boots. When I go to another building here and try to do the same, the computer never gets an ip address from the pxe server. on the pxe server it looks like this
