     It's Called rtvscan.exe process

    Rtvscan.exe
    Virus scanner process for manual scans, scheduled scans, email tools.

    Rtvscan service running in process while scanning.

    Thats OLD there is no RTVSCAN.exe, 

     

    How to detect Symantec Endpoint Protection services in version 12.1

    As of version 12.1, RTVScan is no longer part of Symantec Endpoint Protection
