I have Symantec Endpoint Protection and using Window Vista. My quarantine folder has ballooned up to 4.5 G space. I tried to delete all 60,000 over files by going straight to the quarantine folder select all files and right click my mouse to delete, but was unsuccessful. I then uninstall Symantec Endpoint Protection then go straight to the quarantine folder select all files and right click my mouse to delete, but was unsuccessful again. I got the message like need the owner permission to delete them or message to retry or skip. After checking for solutions in the internet, I reinstalled Symantec Endpoint Protection then go to 'View Quarantine' to see if I can delete it from there. But the files and registry table at the View Quarantine is blank. I tried setting up the 'Purge Options' nothing happened.
