Is there a setting within the manager console to increase the amount of time that can pass before a client is removed? I believe the default must be set for 30 days.
Go to Servers, edit Site properties -
In SEP 12 the feature to adjust this is removed.

Actually it turns out that I am using a managment console that looks like a watered down version of SEPM and I do not have that option :(.
SEP 12 does not have that feature.
Any client that is deleted should automatically report back to SPC, once they come online.
I have this very same option selected, yet I have old offline clients that haven't connected since February. What's up with that?

Is your system SEP 11 or 12? What is the version number?
