Not able to upgreade

    Hi All,

     

    Not able to upgreade to SEP 11.0.62 to 12.1 RU1  MP1 it gives error

    kindly check the above attachmant for error and give me the solution.

    SEPM console machine Windows server standard 2008 32 bit.

    yes we have restarted twice but still we are facing same issue what may be the problem

    Hello,

    I would recommend you restating the Windows 2008 machine.

    and work on the steps provided in the Article: http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH95608

    Secondly, you have to Migrate the SEPM from the older version of 11.0.6200 to 12.1.1000 and then to 12.1.1101.401

    Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.1101.401 (RU1 MP1) can migrate seamlessly over the Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.1000.157 (RU1)

    Restart your server machine and stop the SEPM manager services. Then tray to upgrade server manager.
