I am running an older version of Ghost Solution Suite and getting 19945 timeouts, so I downloaded the latest version 2.5 as a trial.
I use the Ghost Boot Wizard tool to create a Standard Ghost boot disk, running WinPE, for my Dell Latitude E6420, with an Intel 82579LM NIC. On disk creation I added the 32 bit and 64 bit Vista drivers I downloaded from Dell.
When I boot the laptop with this disk the networking is not initialized (ipconfig shows nothing), so I can't connect to my Ghost cast server.
My networking is working fine, I can boot using my DOS V8.0 disk, with no problems getting an IP via DHCP, and no problems connecting to the Ghost cast server.
How do I get networking initialized during or after WinPE boots?
