Some of my system are infected in virus i need some virus removal tool.

scan the system in safe mode. also make sure that the systems in network are upto date with AV signatures and patches

How do u know that there's a virus on your machine? Is symantec detecting any threat? Have you seen any scan logs or any other threat logs from the SEP client. What is the threat getting detected as?

If yes, what Threat is being detected by Symantec?

If you are unable to remove the threat(s) from your systems, please submit the suspected files to Symantec or ThreatExpert for analysis. New signatures will be created and included in future definition sets for detection.
