MS outlook email attached file (exel, pdf) cannot open

  • 1.  MS outlook email attached file (exel, pdf) cannot open

    Some client staff pc we at we install SEP they cannot open outlook attachement such as office file and pdf file.

    i try to uncheck "Enable Internet Email Auto-Protect" it's still cannot open.

    many staff had to disable SEP to open outlook attachement.

    anyone can help me fo fixed it?

    hi,

    Check Microsoft Outlook  Auto-Protect are enable or not ?

    yes, now it's enable.

    Hello,

    What version of SEP 11.x are you running?

    Make sure you are running the Latest SEP 11.0.7101 and above.

    In case you are using any version below SEP 11.0.7101, make sure you migrate.

    Please disable this option and check are you able open file.

    or you can choose

    Specify Which file file will be Scanned.

    Choose file type

    Select radio Buttion >Scan Only Selected Extensions.

    Was the file being flagged as a virus?
