Hello Support,

I have migrated my antivirus console  from McAfee ePO to SEPM 12.1.3, 

I have created the client installation package with uninstall other security software installed and pushed the package remotly,

 But  McAfee agent, HIPS, site advisor are not uninstalling, Can anyone help me

You will have to create custom SEP client package with the help of SEPprep competitive tool.

SEPprep is an unsupported tool that is designed to uninstall any competitive product automatically

The SEPprep.ini configuration file has a number of options that control how the SEPprep tool works

Into the SEPprep.ini configuration file manually add the product names ( McAfee agent, HIPS, site advisor) to remove it from the systems and install SEP on it.

unfortunately the "uninstall other security software installed" feature does not support some very recent versions of other antiviruses, what is your McAfee product and version?
