Can you post the lua-application.log - the default path for it would be in : C:\Program Files\Symantec\LiveUpdate Administrator\logs

...or have a look at the following Article how to collect the luadebuginfo.zip and it will automatically added to the archive file, then just extract it:

In event log we see following errors:

1/21/2013 7:26:52 AM ICT    Download    informational    admin    'The following updates were found missing on source server "Symantec LiveUpdate" during download:  "1358226916jtun_sep12en130102023.m26     1358226916jtun_sep12en121220009.m26     1358226916jtun_sep12en130110036.m26     1358226916jtun_sep12en121224025.m26     1358226916jtun_sep12en121222025.m26     1358226916jtun_sep12en130107017.m26". Download request id is "14".'

    Lua-application.log confirms it:

    2013-01-21 07:25:47,750 [pool-123-thread-3] INFO  rcl.HttpHelper  - about to download file (url): http://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com:80/1357688493jtun_sep12enn08m26.m26

I have checked for example the following package in the browser and

    http://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com:80/1358226916jtun_sep12en130110024.m26

..and it seems not to be available.

One thing I can think of here is that the LUA is requesting some old packaged - can you please update the product catalog on LUA according to this: http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH201472 - and then create a new download scheduled for the updated product and try to download again?

    Hi dekalong,

"Thumbs up" to the above advice.

It looks like you SPC was updated on the 18th:

1/18/2013 1:27:56 PM ICT Catalog/Sitelist informational admin There are no updates available to the Symantec Product Catalog.
1/18/2013 10:00:24 PM ICT Catalog/Sitelist informational LUA Startup Successfully refreshed Symantec Product Catalog.

One thing to conside in these cases: is your proxy server configured to allow .m26 files through?

    404: could not find file to download - http://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com:80/1358226916jtun_sep12enncur26.m26 on: ConnectionInfo ( com.symantec.lua.mdl.server.ConnectionInfo@cc13ce    id = 1    hostName = liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com    hostPort = 80    protocol = HTTP    contentDir =     login =     readOnlyLogin = null    proxyName = 10.x.x.x    proxyPort = 8090    proxyProtocol = HTTP    proxyUser =

In your environment's case, that is probably OK: other .m26 files are being downloaded:

    2013-01-21 07:25:30,578 [pool-123-thread-7] INFO  rcl.HttpHelper  - Successfully downlowded file (url): http://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com:80/1357688493jtun_sep12ennful26.m26 size downloaded by pipeData: 184118268
    2013-01-21 07:25:54,187 [pool-123-thread-6] INFO  rcl.HttpHelper  - Successfully downlowded file (url): http://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com:80/1357688493jtun_sep12enn10m26.m26 size downloaded by pipeData: 19625838
    2013-01-21 07:25:57,765 [pool-123-thread-7] INFO  rcl.HttpHelper  - Successfully downlowded file (url): http://liveupdate.symantecliveupdate.com:80/1357688493jtun_sep12enn09m26.m26 size downloaded by pipeData: 26176701

Are you sure your proxy server is holding on to an older version of files- perhaps the livetri.zip for certian products dates from a previous day?   The "1358226916" unix time stamp dates from "Tue Jan 15 05:15:16 UTC 2013" - current downloads probably should not have an old timestamp like that.

The proxy shows other signs of its configuration causing trouble:

2013-01-21 07:21:10,625 [http-apr-0.0.0.0-7070-exec-19] ERROR rcl.RemoteFileHelperFactory  - Error in initializing factory : java.lang.Exception: Found Wrong Server Protocol.  Expecting HTTP, found FTP

    Hope this helps!

    Mick

    Thanks for all your advice

"can you please update the product catalog on LUA
...and then create a new download scheduled for the updated product and try to download again"

    - The Updating the Symantec Product Catalog was configured by default, like as your link (TECH201472 )

"It looks like you SPC was updated on the 18th"
    - But, each time I manual update the global symantec product by LUA console, it's appeared the result "There are no updates available to the Symantec Product Catalog"
I think you are right. The global product request to download old package that was not found on Symantec.

"One thing to conside in these cases: is your proxy server configured to allow .m26 files through?"
    - My proxy was configured that LUA server can go through it

    DekaLong
