I notice some files were missing. I repaired the SEPM in Add/Remove Program.

This morning, the server install the windows update by itself and perform the reboot. Then I found out the services was stopped. I can't start the services anymore.
Any idea what is the problem with the code of 2?

Do you mean to say that you are not able to login to the SEPM. If Yes then this issue seems to have occurred after the Windows update. It has created similar issue earlier. Take the backup of the database and then try repairing the SEPM.

Start>Programs>Symantec endpoint protection manager>managment server configuration wizard.
