I have both sep 12.x and 11.x clients connecting to sep 12.1 Ru1 manager.

is there any way to include sep 11.x clients in infected and at risk report by sepm 12.x manager. By default when i create an infected and at risk computers report, sep 11.x clients are not included in that report.

    Thanks..

    please check this article

    http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH164249

Clients previous to version 12.1 cannot be viewed on this report. They are included in other comprehensive type reports. The previous client data can still be viewed on the Monitors -> Logs section of the SEPM on the risk type (and other various types).

    Thanks pete..

I found that article when i was searching for related threats. But i was using a scheduled report sent to some people daily.
That report was very handy with computer name, user name, time, and action taken etc.. Is there any possiblity to retrieve that back..

I do not think you can have it with scheduled report with SEPM on 12.1. You can generate the report using the monitor ---> logs and export the report and manually need to send an email to the end users.

    mm..

all the reports are exported from DB by corresponding query combined with scripts..?right?..?..

If i want to edit the query to fetch the infected and at risk computer report from db, where do i have to start?..

    Got my point?..

    Hello,

In that case, you may need Symantec™ Endpoint Protection Manager Database Schema Reference 12.1

    http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC4324

    Hope that helps!
