Hello everyone. I starting a migration from SAV to SEP. I have documentation on how to "deploy" the clients, but my objective is to migrate from SAV to SEP. I have a structure with Several servers per site and several clients reporting to each parent server. I want to move EVERYTHING into the SEP and I want to keep my structure as it currently is now. I have read through a lot of documentation.
    Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I have been through the information you list, but it does not answer what I am attempting to do. There is documentation that explains step by step what to do to deploy the client, but I have not found anything like that to migrate. I have checked a lot of different resources, and I am getting flowcharts and "benefits of upgrading" I would like to get something a little more comprehensive if at all possible.
    Thank you.

You mentioned that "I have a structure with Several servers per site and several clients reporting to each parent server. I want to move EVERYTHING into the SEP and I want to keep my structure as it currently is now"   now to achieve this you can also use the Migration & Deployment Wizard. I am attaching the screen shots below

In SEP there is no conept for Server and Client Groups , all the Clients are part of a Group. If you recall there was a setting in SAV for Client Group, It is just the same,
So you will not get the same structure that you have in SAV but will get a similar structure

For Example In SAV if you had :

Server 1 as the primary server and the Client reporting to that

In SEP you will see 2 groups : One with the server name and the other as Client Group
. The server will go to the server group and the all the Clients to the Client group
