  • 1.  How to upgrade SEP12.1 to SEP12.1.2(RU2) if it has a SNAC?

    Has anyone here encounter this problem?

    Here is the solution I did before:

    1.Backup the database (the database where the backup was copied is the new database)

    2. install the SEPM12.1.2(RU2)

    3. redirect the SEPM12.1.2(RU2) database to the sql server where I put the backup.

    done, but of course I already close running services of SEPM and other things.

     

    But how about if a SNAC is running with the SEPM?

    Hey ManishS,

    Thanks for pointing out, I've been looking around and I didint noticed that, it seems like SNAC wont make any problem prior to RU1->RU2 upgrade, thanks again.
