I`m trying to setup Symantec Endpoint Protection Live Update Administrator, however I can`t find its installer or package in the files I downloaded from Symantec fileconnect...
How can I get its package.
It is there in the DVD for the Symantec endpoint protection...you need to download Symantec Endpoint protection...... When you unzip and then open the file, you will also see option tom install luadmin
its located on the CD2 of symantec endpoint protection manager .
If you have not downloaded it , you can download it from fileconnect.
its located inside the tools folder of CD2

When you downloaded the DVD with Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) then go to "\Tools\LiveUpdate" folder and run LUAESD.exe to install LiveUpdate Administrator (LUA).
You can find LUA in ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/liveupdate/lua_2.2.2/ as well

This new LUA 2.3 will be able to install directly over the existing LUA 2.2.

If you have downloaded the DVD version (RU6 and above) you will find the installation files and the LUA document in the folder \\Tools\LiveUpdate
LUA 2.3 is available to Symantec customers on a case-by-case bases from Monday, March 21, 2011. Please contact Symantec Technical Support for details on how to obtain LUA 2.3.
