    Hi Mohan,

You just need to save the Server Prvt key folder from the old one, there is recovery zip file in server private key folder.

Now just reinstall and give the path of recovery file on the reconfiguration stage........after finish your all clients will get back......

    FYI

Once this Wizard is completed, Another Wizard i.e. Management Server Configuration Wizard would be launched.

    https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/articles/how-perform-disaster-recovery-without-database-backuprestore

As you can see in the Above screen shot the recovery file from the Server private key backup is picked up automatically.

This Recovery file is the key file to get your clients back on the SEPM.

To restore the database here's what you need to do:

Stop the SEPM services and then go to Start>All Programs>Database Bakup and Restore and Click on Restore option and Point to the current location where you have the backup of the database.

Once that completes, you would have to run the configuration wizard and that's it.
