Hi guys,

I wants to create a roll with all the system admin rights except for the ability to see the DLP incidents themselves.  The idea is to have a full admin without the ability to read the mail or files.

Please go to system role and click to create new Role and give name as system administrator, Under this Role defined all views and marked them except uncheck\ unmark incident view, After this You may able to  create multiple users and then assign them under System administrator Role. Then These user will be able to  see system view (Agents, server’s, policies etc.) & incident ID but not contents mails of those DLP incidents.

in simple way just uncked incident view in general tab of DLP role definition and then your role wont have any view on DLP incident.

When you create the role, you just need to make sure that the view checkbox is unchecked beside incidents.

Select server Administration role with unselect incident view rights.
