For this you have stop the Symantec Endpoint protection Manager" Service and Symantec Embedded Database and then chnage the location in the registry HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\system\currentcontrolset\services\asanys_sem5\parameters

( TAKE DATABASE AND REGISTRY BACKUP BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGE)

I'm not sure if the above method would work; Please update us as I never tried that :) would be a learnign for me as well.
    if the above fails
best practice is to use the disaster recovery document
unisntall and intsalled it on D drive
    restore the DB

    Check the following article

Title: 'How to back up, restore, and/or move the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM) and embedded Database to another disk or system'
    Web URL: http://service1.symantec.com/support/ent-security.nsf/docid/2007102607432048?Open&seg=ent

While installing SEPM again, you can select the location where you want to install SEPM or you want to place the Database.

Follow the steps below to change the location of the sem5.db database file for Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM):

    Go to services.msc

Stop the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Service

Stop the Symantec Embedded Database Service

Go to \Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\db and copy all the files and paste it to the new drive

    Click Start

    Click run

    Type regedit

Go to HKey_Local_Machine\system\CurrentControlSet\Services\ASANYs\Parameters\ click on the Parameters option in the right hand side column and change the path of the sem5.db database file to the new location as New Drive:\Folder name

Restart the Symantec Embedded Database Service from services.msc

    Go to Administrative Tools

    Click on Data Sources (ODBC)

    Click on System DSN tab

    Click on Configure button

Highlight the database tab and replace the path for the sem5.db file and ensure connectivity by clicking on Test Connection

Go to Management Server configuration Wizard and perform the server reconfiguration

The location of  the  embedded database file, by default, is:

C:/Program files/Symantec/Symantec Endpoint  protection manager/db folder.  The file  is sem5.db
