I have a problem of high memory usage of SEPM version 12 as attachement. can it be solved??pls advise

There are many reasons which can lead to this situation.

SEPM services take up a lot of CPU and become unresponsive:

this has only 2 GB , correct? can you increase it to 4 GB?

how many clients are reporting to this server?

What Database is being used by SEPM (SQL / Embedded)? If SQL, is it installed on the same server machine?

However, the CPU usage seems to be normal in your case.

only 2 GB avaliable and under testing now, so clients less than 5.now is version 12.1. does you mean the memory usage is normal with 1.7G???

Still not ok, memory is also high

memory still very high. about 1 GB Memory use in the service SemSvc.exe. how can solve it??

you should increase the memory to test it correctly even only few clients are reporting at this moment.

did you check the performance tuning links, did you restart the SEPM service there after?

I have try the performance tuning links, memory still high usage, I want to know is the 1 GB memory is normal or not, if it is normal, I will try to install more ram for testing. pls advise, thanks
