    i have 3-4 remote client sites, so pls guide how to configure the group update provider in these branches?

    Any machine with a SEP client can be a GUP. Ideally, if you have a server in that location you can configure it to be the GUP. Articles above will help.

    One more addition Gup proxy is functioning on port 2967 .So be insure this port will be open

    2967 TCP SEP Clients Smc.exe The Group Update Provider (GUP) proxy functionality of SEP client listens on this port

    Till monday i need to obesrve it. Currently it working.
