Is he able to send messages if he disables SEP? AFAIK this setting should be realted to your exchange. 

what you have in your network for Exchange? symantec mail security/bright mail...?

So, it would still work if you disable Add in right?

Fix was to upgrade RU1 MP1 not sure if you are already in this version.

If a mail security program like Symantec Mail Security for MS Exchange (SMSMSE) is installed on the company's Exchange server or elsewhere in the mail flow (a dedicated mail scanning appliance, for instance) then any threats or other unwanted content should be cleaned long before the messages reach the end users.  SEP's optional mail scanning components are of most use only in very small offices or unmanaged deployments. If a proper solution is implemented elsewhere in the mail architecture, then the SEP plug-in adds provides very limited return for its resource usage.

The SEP 12.1 Outlook plug-in is supported for Microsoft Outlook 2010 on both 32 and 64 bit versions.

if you already have this place then better to disable the Add-on

Hi All,

After many days I got solution today. I just change setting from my outlook only and problem got resolved.

Please have a look what I did..

Login in Outlook ==>Go to on tool = => Click on trust center ==> Click on Programmatic access ==>Then give tick marks on ==> Never warn me about suspicious activity. OK
