Please i need the resetpass.bat file, i forgot the admin password for SEPM and could not locate the resetpass.bat file on the Tools folder.

Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 Release Update 1 Maintenance Patch 1 (RU1 MP1) or greater does not use resetpass.bat and it has been removed from the Tools directory. For information on resetting the password in this version or greater check this video:

There is 2 way to reset the password.

First is you can click the forgot password.

Password will be sent on email which is configured.

Second way is to resetpass.bat tool

For Resetpass.bat tool you can contact with symantec technical suport. They can share you.

After run the batch file password will be admin.

Is there any update?

Run the resetpass.bat as administrator . 

copy this to a text docu. Paste it in the tools folder and change the text to .bat and run as Admin
