Hi Jay,
Check with windows firewall and UAC if its W7 computers. Both should be disabled.
Checked whether you are able to ping the computer from server and from server to computer with both Ip address and the name. It helps us to check with DNS issue.
If the computer is in work group - check whether you have provided the local admin info when you try to push the SMA.
Provide us the log file so that we can analyse and provide you the solution.
