Endpoint Encryption

  • 1.  error -11285

    I'm using PGP Desktop 10.1.2 [Build 9] PGP SDK 4.0.1 with Outlook 2007 (12.0.6557.5001) SP2 MSO (12.0.6554.5001) on a corporate intranet behind a firewall, proxy and peering.

    Emails go into my Outbox, but never leave (never move to the Sent folder), and the log is filled with -11285 errors:

     

    16:30:56 Email  Info Processing outgoing message from <email address> with subject: <subject>
    16:31:05 Email  Warning MAPI Proxy: Get Encryption Key for email <email address> failed with error server search failed (-11285)
     
    Also, if I try to publish to the Global Directory, I get:
     
    "The server key for the PGP Global Directory could not be obtained."
     
    This kind of limits the usability... How do I fix it?
