    Posted Sep 11, 2012 03:56 AM

Using Windows 7 and Outlook 2010

    Problem

With SEP Outlook Add-in enabled, emails created in Outlook 2010 will not be sent in this scenario:

    1. Send Immediately When Connected is unchecked.
    2. Outbox is accessed when it contains emails.

All emails in the Outbox will have a blank sent date and will remain in Outbox even after pressing F9.

    Workaround

    1. Disable SEP Outlook Add-in.
    2. Resend emails that remained in Outbox.

    Hi Enzo81,

If you are using a schedule, then you may be encountering a known issue.  The fix is likely as simple as upgrading to SEP 12.1 RU1 MP1.

Cannot send scheduled email on Outlook 2010 if the SEP 12.1 client optional Outlook plug-in is installed.

Does this work with SEP outlook plugin disabled?

    Hi again Enzo81,

Just a ping to see if you have managed to resolve this issue?  Other admins in the same situation might be able to benefit from your experience and advice in Connect.

    With best regards,
