I cant uninstalla and reinstall DLP agent on Windoows 7, Please find the attached error snap and provide the solution asap.
Doe you have AVG antivirus installed installed on the system ? I belive that is what causing the uninstall to fail .
No, There is no problem with any antivirus.
stop /kill the servies and then try uninstall/reinstall.

As per error try to stop releated DLP service and uninstall DLP Client.
You can try Safemode.
I am unable to stop the services as it denies to stop as some services/files are corrupted. They are alreadt disables and not even starting.
open a support ticket to kill the agent and help you reinstall DLP agent
you can use the agent tools to stop the service,and retry to uninstall the agent.

You can use any third party tool to remove this agent if it is not installed with password installation script.
like revo uninstaller pro etc.
