    I want to block particuler IP Address & AD user's by SEPM server for some time it is possible.

    Hello,

    I don't think you could BLOCK a Active Directory User. This could be done via AD.

    However, yes you could block a IP Address of a machine.

    I agree with Mitun & Ashish.

    You need to block the user accounts from AD. not from SEPM.
